You know how it is. You start something new, you’re excited and motivated and determined to be awesome at it.
And then it gets hard.
You hit a wall.
It’s suddenly not so fun anymore. Now it’s a chore, now it’s this thing you don’t want to do no matter how beneficial it is.
But you have to push through. Break down the wall. Keep going.
When it gets hard and you reach a point of resistance, that’s a GOOD thing. It means you’re growing. You’re getting better. You’ve hit the edge of your current state and if you don’t keep going, you’re going to careen backwards, right back to where you started.
So don’t stop, never stop.

Yup…pushing beyond our comfort level is a challenge…one i’m still struggling with when it comes to writing and/or experimenting with different art mediums.
